"The first week of January we had your company come in and reface our kitchen cabinets. The cabinets were made back in 1975 with dark wood stain and black Formica counter tops. The kitchen was very dark. I chose light oak doors and drawers with a light granite counter top. Your carpenter Lyle did all of the dismantling of the old counter top ,drawers and doors and the refacing of the styles and panels top and bottom. Lyle was very knowledgeable and did a superior job of fitting the new wood to the existing cabinets and around the brick backsplash which we wanted to keep. I enjoyed having Lyle come into our home and do such a wonderful job. The men that installed the granite top were also professional and placed the top with care and with their knowledge , I feel that it was done right and will last a long time. Over all I want to tell you that you have a great crew, from the time we sat in your show room and chose our new kitchen design to the day that it was completed. I would recommend your company and your crew to everyone. Thanks for everything especially to Lyle for doing a superior job."

"I can certainly understand why Ideal Kitchens keeps getting the Reader's Choice Award year after year for favorite kitchen and bath remodel. I had a plumbing emergency in my kitchen and damage was considerable. The whole team at Ideal mobilized to get my situation taken care of. Every employee I dealt with from the moment I walked into the showroom until the final bill preparation was helpful, professional and skilled at what they did. "I received a prompt estimate of no cost to me. I decided to have the work done. I was on a tight time frame. They completed the work in record time. I had them build a pot and pan cabinet. It is a total match to my existing cabinets - Stain trim and all. "I was reading the reviews about Ideal Kitchens and that is not the experience I had. Our kitchen was remodeled within the past year. We can’t be more pleased with our kitchen remodel done by Ideal Kitchens, and we highly recommend them! Steve came out and met with us to discuss what we wanted to do (new cabinets, granite countertops, tile backsplash, under cabinet lighting, and new floor). When Steve was looking at our cabinets, he suggested refacing vs. new. He said the cabinets were solid and new cabinets would cost more and not be as sturdy! We also had some “dead space” in our bottom cabinets where we would put things we don’t use that often. Steve came up with the idea of changing the doors into two large drawers, with a lazy Susan in the dead space. That was a great idea and we have much more functional use now. From that very first meeting in our home to subsequent meetings in the showroom to pick out all the items and finishes, everyone we dealt with was extremely professional and friendly. We enjoyed working with Steve, Linda, Carol, and David who was our carpenter. David was accommodating to our schedule as to when he could start in the morning, he was polite, cleaned up every day, and he is an outstanding carpenter! When people see our new kitchen, they love it and ask who the carpenter was because of the quality of workmanship! Ideal subs out the electrical, plumbing and flooring work and ALL the subs did fantastic work and were equally as professional and polite. There was an issue with one of the floor tiles we noticed about a week or so after install. We called the sub, Liberty Installations, and they came out promptly and replaced the damaged one. If you are thinking of having your kitchen remodeled, you owe it to yourself to give Ideal Kitchens a call and get a quote from Steve."
